These Terms govern your use of the Glema app and the related services (together, the "Service"). By installing or using Glema you agree to these Terms.
This is a draft prepared for App Store submission. The published version will be revised before public launch.
1. The Service
Glema is an AI-assisted skincare-routine assistant. It generates a rolling calendar of morning and evening steps using a rules engine combined with large-language models. It is a wellness tool, not a medical service.
2. Not medical advice
Glema does not provide medical, diagnostic, or dermatological advice. The recommendations are educational and informational only. For any skin condition that concerns you, please consult a licensed dermatologist or doctor. Do not use Glema to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are legally able to agree to these Terms.
4. Your account
You sign in with Apple ID or a 6-digit email code. You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple ID and email secure. We never store an in-app password.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any part of the Service.
- Not upload content you do not have the right to share.
5. Subscriptions and payments
The Service offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID. The price, billing cycle, and free-trial length are shown to you in the app before purchase and are subject to the terms set by Apple.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage and cancel from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple under its standard policy.
6. Your content
Photos, notes, and other content you submit to the Service remain yours. By submitting them you grant us a limited, worldwide licence to process them solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train third-party models.
7. Intellectual property
The app, the routine algorithm, the user interface, the text and graphics, and the brand "Glema" belong to the publisher. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will produce any specific result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, but the sections that by their nature should survive (Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 11) will remain in effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to consumer contracts in your country of residence, except where a different law is mandatory. Disputes will be resolved by the courts that are competent for consumer matters where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms when the Service or applicable law changes. We will post the updated version in the app and update the date above. Material changes take effect 30 days after we post them.
